Our Little Piece of Heaven...Hopefully Soon

Here is a photo of our property just sitting and waiting for us. As you can see, we are at the end of a now paved cul de sac with a beautiful view behind us. Joe is taking the First Time Home Buyers Class this week. The bank paper work shorted us about 16,000 dollars so we are redoing our bid and redrawing up paper work. In the meantime, the subdivision switched owners who are now going through the approval and recording process. I doubt we will have any progress until September. We will keep you posted!
